Our services
Fixperts provides home services in Dubai across four divisions: Maintain (repair and maintenance), Refresh (cleaning and hygiene), Renovate (renovation and upgrade projects), and the Fixperts Shop (personal item repairs and services). Service descriptions on this website are informational; the confirmed scope for any job is the one agreed with you before work begins.
Bookings, quotes, and pricing
- Requests can be made by phone on 80081, WhatsApp, or the contact form.
- We confirm the scope and price before work starts. Larger projects receive a written quote and timeline.
- Prices may change if the confirmed scope changes; we will tell you before proceeding.
Scheduling and cancellations
Visits are booked for a confirmed time window. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please tell us as early as possible so the slot can be reassigned.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information about the job, safe access to the work area, and disclose anything that could affect the work, such as previous repairs or known hazards.
Workmanship and items in our care
Work is carried out by trained, experienced professionals. If something about a completed job is not right, contact us and we will review and put it right where the issue relates to our workmanship. Items handed to the Fixperts Shop are handled with care and recorded at drop-off and collection.
Annual maintenance contracts
AMC plans are governed by the specific contract you sign, including its covered services, response times, and renewal terms. These website terms apply to anything the contract does not address.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fixperts is not liable for indirect losses, or for damage caused by conditions we were not told about and could not reasonably discover. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
